To further enhance our inspection and verification capabilities, Fastener Warehouse has expanded its in-house testing department with the addition of new equipment and procedures designed to validate product performance, coating durability, and dimensional accuracy.

New On-Site Quality Control Capabilities

  • Advanced digital inspection and measurement using Keyence precision verification technology, consistent to 2 microns
  • Torque testing equipment to confirm mechanical strength and performance characteristics
  • Salt spray corrosion testing systems to evaluate coating durability and environmental resistance (ASTM B117 standard)
  • Dimensional and mechanical verification aligned with ASTM, SAE, ISO, and other industry standards
  • Batch traceability and documented inspection procedures throughout the supply chain
  • Incoming and outgoing product verification as part of our internal quality assurance program
